Terms of Service

By accessing or using Monster Agents (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Builder accounts and listings

Builders are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of their listings. By submitting a listing, you confirm that:

• You own or have the right to promote the product described.
• The description, pricing, and feature claims are accurate and not misleading.
• The product is real, functional, and accessible via the URL provided.
• The listing does not violate any third-party intellectual property rights.

We reserve the right to reject, edit, or remove any listing at our sole discretion, including listings that are inaccurate, spam, duplicates, or otherwise violate these terms.

3. Prohibited content

You may not submit listings that:

• Are for products that do not exist or are not publicly accessible.
• Contain false, misleading, or deceptive claims.
• Infringe on the intellectual property of any third party.
• Promote illegal activities or harmful software.
• Are duplicates of existing listings on the platform.

4. Priority listing subscriptions

Priority listings are a paid feature that places your listing above free listings in all browse and search views. Priority listings are billed monthly at $5 per listing. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis via Razorpay.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months. See our Refund Policy for full details.

5. Intellectual property

Monster Agents and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Monster Agents and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Listing content (descriptions, logos, names) remains the property of the respective builder.

6. Disclaimers

Monster Agents is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that any listed product will meet your requirements, be error-free, or be available at any given time. We are not responsible for the content, quality, or availability of third-party products listed on the platform.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Monster Agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice on the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction.
