Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to Priority listing subscriptions purchased through Monster Agents.
Priority listing subscriptions
Priority listings are billed monthly at $5 per listing per month. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.
Cancellation
You can cancel your Priority listing subscription at any time from your billing dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — your listing retains Priority status until the period ends, after which it reverts to a standard (free) listing position.
We do not issue refunds for the remaining days in a billing period after cancellation. There are no partial-month refunds.
Failed payments
If a monthly payment fails, we will retry the charge. After multiple failed attempts, your Priority subscription will be paused and your listing will revert to the standard position until payment is resolved. You will receive email notifications about failed payments.
Exceptions
We may issue refunds at our discretion in exceptional circumstances, such as:
- A duplicate charge caused by a technical error on our end.
- A charge after a cancellation was confirmed.
To request an exception, contact us within 7 days of the charge at billing@monsteragents.dev with your account email and the transaction date.
How to cancel
- Log in to your Monster Agents account.
- Go to Dashboard → Billing.
- Find the active subscription and click “Cancel subscription”.
- Confirm the cancellation. You will receive a confirmation email.
